STAY DEDICATED..

Its just another day, another hour, another unhappy moment! the weight you carry, the life you carry....... You need to change! you want a change. GO CHANGE IT... My first day at the mecca of health, nervousness filled up, eyes prying to poke you, make a joke of you. Fit people screaming with their lungs out!! they seem to be wanting something, they are rubbing their asses off to get that..... get that sweet bitter pain!! you need to gulp down your pride, your emotions, your presence....you need to make a move....you NEED TO MOVE AHEAD!! CARDIO FIRST, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TOUCH THE WEIGHTS!! ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOU BRO :-)...that's the broscience you need to tackle. I didn't listen to anyone, i went on with weights, listened to all scolds, taunts and laughing voices....it didn't change anything. I made myself calm, "DUDE ITS GONNA TAKE TIME :-)...HANG ON TO IT". First month no weight loss, no strength change--motivation 150% second month no weight loss, meagre strength increase--motivation 200% 6th month 4 kgs loss, high strength increase ----motivation level 9999999 :-D All studies, net surfing....i went berserk with health topics, subscriptions...phone blinking every now and then with notifications... MAGIC EXERCISES, GET YOUR SIX PACKS IN 28 DAYS FLAT!!!! (i want health, i aint investing in STOCKS BRO!!!) IT all boils down to one thing.....your basics. I started looking at old school guys. They motivate you not with their weights but with their persistence, their dedication, their curiosity to learn the right thing. Be it Arnold, Ronnie coleman, Jay cutler, Vince Gironda, Dave draper....they have one thing in common regardless of their inventive training methods - DEDICATION!!!! Its said that " STAY DEDICATED SON, ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN OVERNIGHT!" "ONE DAY REST WON'T MAKE YOU SMALL, IN THE SAME WAY ONE DAY GYM VISIT WONT MAKE YOU BIG..STAY GROUNDED!!" They have seen me crying in pain, they have seen me screaming in failure, they have seen me sweating hard to move those weights!! I didn't lose out, i tried to motivate myself and all along side me to stay motivated. I tried new things every now and then, i do it today too. I will never stop. :-) This whole weight lifting thing has given me something, it has given me the power of hope, it has given me the power of dedication, it has made me a guy with patience. All that weight clinking just gives me goosebumps, its like you feel the weight moving along with your soul, you need to have that connection, you got to connect to your body. you need to stop and think what you want, you need to picture yourself somewhere. you need to carve the image already in your mind. You need to be crazy enough. Its close to impossible to be a normal for a person with towering desires, you need to have that insanity in yourself. Its like clay carving, you keep on sculpting your desired image with sweat and pain you put in everyday. The discipline with food, the discipline with lifestyle and the spark to touch that zenith you want its all you need to shape your life. You carry that attitude ahead in your life man....... so keep doing it!!! SIGNING OUT, but i will be back soon (its not gonna stop so early now!!) ;-)

Searching....

Life has become the amalgamation of weird events. Things seem to be so lucid and luring from far away but its a marshy land when you are near to it. A famous saying "stand up to your ethics, world will bow down to you" seems to be inappropriate to me now. Inferiority complex and fear makes ur life worse, trust me on this i have been going thru the same nowadays. A bunch of pathetic humans can twist ur confidence like that i never imagined. I feel like shattered but i am not, i feel like leaving all those stuff and enter a new arena to fight the complexities of life but then this is not I was in my life. And when you think a lot in situations like these, you actually find the pure nectar of living up ur life without compromising your ethics. The time which i actually hated the most till yesterday actually taught me something. It gave me the shot of my medicine of Ego.....sorry Inflated ego.
Too many successes is actually bad for ppl like me :-) i have now known this very fact cos it can laze down the pacey meteor like me.
I am still in search of a fearless life......... :-)

Fangs of Technology.

(below post is completely just thinking of mine. i don't know whether or not i can relate it or not to reality because it mite look idiotic to some as it also involves the nexus with the mythology itself!!)

what is the guy thinking in U.S while i am sitting here in Africa. Have a problem open a web cam and you can talk to that guy while even watchin him too.
Need to transfer some information immediately. ok ping him or message him. Looks easy right! Imagine a geo magnetic shift in the earth :) (yea yea it's one of the prediction which is not normal to the natural calamities like earthquake or something!!) but still imagine and suppose even after that we are alive and all the machineries are down, what you will do when u need to talk to the person now who is sitting thousand of miles away from you? Confused imagine wars were fought in history and even later than that without these machines. what i want to say here is i think technology has taken away the real humanoid powers from us cos now we don't feel the need of it with so many gadgets in hand. initially telepathy held a great importance for communication, foresight (reference to sanjay of epic Mahabharata whom dhithrashtra had appointed for him as his eyes to see the great war).

Generation to generation the procedure, the nectar of acquiring these powers (in physics defination ability to transform different form of energy which a normal individual can't do it) seems to have dissipated.

why we need a crane to lift up any heavy material when out body and soul are enough to do the needful with the help of telekinetics. On the contrary the materials we have started using is creating a negative impact on nature itself.

Take a example of Avatar movie i liked the logic of energy flow, it's rightly said in it " the energy which we have is like a debt to the nature which we have to give it after our lives end here".

where my colleague cum roommate is finding ways to screw the GM level guy of other department and has succesfully created certain circumstances where his job can go anyday and he is boasting his success for the same :P (shitts i love this one i almost found many psychos like me!!! :D)

Last Sunday in sUrAt....

had my daily routine....
went for a haircut...wallaahh!! those guys were watching outlander in Hindi (now thats something interesting u can find in saloons in surat!!)

Does the fear of ghost puts a question on your masculinity?
Just want to clear my point with one example.. A lot of research stuffs has said AIDS is not spread by touching the patient, still nobody does that!!!....WHY SO?? people don't want to take chances.

The persons who believe or who are curious to know about the existence of ghosts doesn't simply put them in a community of cowards or children out there? and above that they are not at all entitled to listen to comments like "Come on buddy...GROW UP!!!" OR "Dude Seriously get out of that mindset...people like you are hampering the progress of the country".

Today there might be many cases which are scientifically not proven but the rumours of their existence sends a chill down our spine in certain situations which induces fear. Still people try to put a cover on their fears with only one tool which by passes every imagination i.e LOGIC!! though they are also unsure what if tables turn the next day!!
