My first day at the mecca of health, nervousness filled up, eyes prying to poke you, make a joke of you.
Fit people screaming with their lungs out!! they seem to be wanting something, they are rubbing their asses off to get that..... get that sweet bitter pain!!
you need to gulp down your pride, your emotions, your presence....you need to make a move....you NEED TO MOVE AHEAD!!
CARDIO FIRST, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TOUCH THE WEIGHTS!! ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOU BRO :-)...that's the broscience you need to tackle.
I didn't listen to anyone, i went on with weights, listened to all scolds, taunts and laughing voices....it didn't change anything. I made myself calm, "DUDE ITS GONNA TAKE TIME :-)...HANG ON TO IT".
First month no weight loss, no strength change--motivation 150%
second month no weight loss, meagre strength increase--motivation 200%
6th month 4 kgs loss, high strength increase ----motivation level 9999999 :-D
All studies, net surfing....i went berserk with health topics, subscriptions...phone blinking every now and then with notifications...

IT all boils down to one thing.....your basics. I started looking at old school guys. They motivate you not with their weights but with their persistence, their dedication, their curiosity to learn the right thing.
Be it Arnold, Ronnie coleman, Jay cutler, Vince Gironda, Dave draper....they have one thing in common regardless of their inventive training methods - DEDICATION!!!!

I didn't lose out, i tried to motivate myself and all along side me to stay motivated. I tried new things every now and then, i do it today too. I will never stop. :-)
This whole weight lifting thing has given me something, it has given me the power of hope, it has given me the power of dedication, it has made me a guy with patience.
All that weight clinking just gives me goosebumps, its like you feel the weight moving along with your soul, you need to have that connection, you got to connect to your body.
you need to stop and think what you want, you need to picture yourself somewhere. you need to carve the image already in your mind. You need to be crazy enough. Its close to impossible to be a normal for a person with towering desires, you need to have that insanity in yourself.
Its like clay carving, you keep on sculpting your desired image with sweat and pain you put in everyday.
The discipline with food, the discipline with lifestyle and the spark to touch that zenith you want its all you need to shape your life. You carry that attitude ahead in your life man....... so keep doing it!!!
